DTE is working to restore power outages 1 week after winter ice storm in Metro Detroit

14,000 customers remain without power

Seven days ago, an ice storm knocked out power to hundreds of thousands of Metro Detroiters. DTE brought crews in from other states, but that restoration work still isn’t over.

Currently, 14,000 customers are without power, and some have been waiting a full week to restore it.
