Detroit’s Movement Music Festival releases sneak peek of 2025 lineup

DETROIT – The producers of Detroit’s Movement Music Festival have released an early sneak peek of the 2025 lineup.

The techno music festival happens over Memorial Day Weekend (May 24-26, 2025) in Hart Plaza.

The 2025 lineup features Carl Cox, who will perform his acclaimed Hybrid Live Set, and John Summit, who will close out the festival.

“Movement is a techno institution in Detroit so for me, it’s like reuniting with an old friend,” said Cox. ”I’m going to make up for the years I’ve missed with a show that’s going to send Detroit to another dimension!”

A total of 16 performances were announced Wednesday, and include the following:
