He killed his ex-girlfriend outside her Oakland County workplace. Now he’s learned his sentence Gregory Davis sentenced to life in prison without parole
A man who killed his ex-girlfriend outside her workplace in Oakland County has learned how long he’ll spend behind bars.
Gregory Davis was accused of using his car to block his girlfriend in the parking lot of Legend Motors of Ferndale, where she worked.
He prevented her from leaving and shot her at point-blank range, according to police.
The couple’s 10-year-old child was in the passenger seat at the time of the shooting and witnessed what happened, prosecutors said.
Davis turned himself in the day of the shooting. He was convicted in May 2023.
This week, Davis was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
