A Detroit man is facing charges after he allegedly struck a man with a van, killing him, over a refund at a Warren flea market.
Zarick Lamont Johnson was charged with first-degree murder, assault or assault and battery, and a felony charge involving the commission of an offense with a motor vehicle.
Prosecutors said Johnson was involved in an argument on Sept. 26 with brothers Senad and Mirhad Cehic over a power washer.

According to prosecutors, Johnson assaulted Senad Cehic, 53, before driving his 2004 Chevrolet Express van into Mirhad Cehic, 54, twice.
Mirhad Cehic was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Johnson was arraigned in court on Sept. 29 and was denied bond. He is scheduled to return to court on Oct. 13.
Family remembers Cehic as devoted husband
Cehic was a Bosnian immigrant who spent many weekends working at the flea market to help provide for his family.
His wife, Sanela Grcic, said the loss is especially difficult because her father died just two months ago.
“My father died for two months. Now my husband died,” she said.
Grcic described her husband as a kind man and devoted husband.
“He’s 57 years old, sweet old guy. He (was) a good husband,” she said.
Cehic leaves behind his wife, three adult children and two teenagers.
The family has set up a GoFundMe to help cover funeral expenses and support his family.
