Golf fitness: How to perform the 'open book' stretch

Welcome back!

We hope you tried the Active Leg Raise Stretch and started to gain some flexibility in your hamstrings. Next up on the list of our "Feel Good Exercises" is the Open Book Stretch.

This is an excellent exercise to create upper and lower body separation, which is essential for an efficient golf swing.

Depending on your fitness level perform 5-10 repetitions on each side for 1-2 sets.

Remember to hold and feel the stretch for at least 2 seconds.

Do this exercise along with Active Leg Raise daily if you wish to continue to gain strength, flexibility and balance.
