Cool temps, frost risk and rain chances ahead in Metro Detroit Periodic, isolated rain chances linger the rest of the work week
Don’t leave your house without a light jacket or sweatshirt. Cool today and Thursday with highs in the mid to upper 50s. If you have potted plants or hanging baskets, bring them in the garage tonight. Overnight lows will drop into the 30s, so some morning frost is possible on Thursday.
We will be mainly dry today and Thursday, but isolated afternoon or evening showers are possible so don’t put your umbrella away quite yet.
Temperatures gradually return to seasonal sixties this weekend with additional rain chances. Saturday is the warmer day of the weekend. Whereas. the potential for thunderstorms develops on Sunday.
