There’s a new restaurant in Dearborn Heights, that’s all about noodles which is why it’s called Noodz. The place is small in size, but owner Hank Jawad said, the experience makes up for the lack of space.
“We are very limited on seating, but it kind of keeps it authentic in a sense, considering everything far east is ramen bars,” Jawad said. He said the lunch counter style seating also gives diners an up close view of how the chef prepares the fancy ramen.
Jawad said they offer a variety of ramen dishes, with an Asia flare, that fuses flavor from different parts of the world.
