It’s corned beef piled high for St. Patrick’s Day

One of the staples for St. Patrick’s Day is corned beef. Whether it’s served with cabbage, or as a sandwich, it’s the food that is most often associated with the annual holiday. At the Bread Basket Deli in Detroit, they pride themselves in corned beef and they’re serving it several different ways.

“We cook our fresh briskets in house,” said Eisen Shina, co-owner of Bread Basket Deli. “It melts in your mouth. The best quality of corned beef you can get.”

Shina said they have options like corned beef sandwiches or Ruebens. They also serve corned beef and swiss egg rolls with a classic Russian dressing. You can also find plenty of side dishes there as well.
