New GW Home store opens in downtown Detroit

There’s a brand-new one-of-a-kind store that just opened its doors in downtown Detroit.

Although GW Home offers furniture and home décor, it’s not a traditional Gardner White Store. Instead, the store on Woodward Ave. offers a new concept that celebrates everything from local artists to local products.

“What we’re really focusing on is bringing to life the sort of design-savvy, artistic community that is Detroit,” said Gardner White CEO Rachel Stewart.

“What I love about this concept maybe most of all is that it could only happen in the City of Detroit,” she said.
