Man wanted in non-fatal shooting arrested after crashing car during Detroit police chase
Shooting occurred on April 29
DETROIT – A man who was wanted in a non-fatal shooting was arrested after crashing his vehicle during a police chase in Detroit.
The crash occurred on Friday (May 2) in the area of Sheridan and Lambert streets.
Police said the vehicle struck a wall between eastbound I-94 and the ramp to southbound I-75.
The driver was arrested and taken to a Metro Detroit hospital for minor injuries.
Officials said the man was involved in the non-fatal shooting that occurred on April 29, 2025.
