DETROIT – Police are seeking information about a 21-year-old man who went missing in Detroit.
Kevin Chapman Jr. left his residence in the 6000 block of Vermont Street on Friday (Nov. 21) and did not return home.
He was last seen wearing red shorts. No other clothing description was provided
