The AXIS Lounge at MGM Grand Detroit features 'Dueling Pianos' interactive performances, taking center-stage every Thursday night from 8 p.m. to midnight. With its combination of audience participation and top-class entertainers at the keyboards, the Dueling Pianos experience is never the same show twice, and audiences are encouraged to bring their suggestions to the floor to make each evening’s playlist the centerpiece of a unique entertainment experience. There is no admission fee for performances and events at AXIS Lounge, All attendees must be 21 and over and will be required to provide identification.

Music guest Michelle Held will be playing in our Independent Artist Gallery. When you buy a new vase, a Pewabic staff member will help you create a bouquet of colorful fresh flowers for $15! Available while supplies last, with limited amounts of flowers per vase. Want to make your day into a learning experience? Sign up ahead of time for a Tile Glazing Workshop in our Education Studio where you can glaze like a Pewabic artisan. While you’re enjoying the music and festivities, you can shop ceramic art made onsite in our fabrication studio as well as pottery made by artists from around the country in our Independent Artist Gallery. As always, our Pewabic museum is free and open to the public with historic tiles and vases dating back to our founding in 1903, as well as insight into the production and formulation of our glazes and ceramics.
