'It hasn't been easy': Metro Detroit family finds answers in 3-decade cold case
After three decades, the cold case of Anthony Gulley, a Pontiac man who went missing in 1994, has been solved with the identification of his remains in Stark County. Thanks to new facial reconstruction technology by Ohio University, Anthony was identified after being found in 2001, 250 miles from where he was murdered. His sister, Elizabeth, expressed mixed emotions, feeling relief over the resolution but also mourning the years of uncertainty. While the discovery sheds light on a long-standing mystery, Elizabeth acknowledges that true closure will only come once they bring Anthony's remains home.
