Ann Arbor public pools to maintain limited capacity through Memorial Day weekend
Buhr, Fuller and Veterans Memorial pools will be updating their operating procedures for the summer following recent announcements from Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS).

Last chance to ice skate in Ann Arbor’s Buhr Park this weekend
Skaters enjoy Buhr Park Outdoor Ice Arena. ANN ARBOR – Spring officially kicks off on Monday and with the warmer weather comes the closure of the city’s only outdoor ice rink at Buhr Park. Meanwhile, Veterans Memorial Indoor Ice Arena has added some new skating timeslots. The new times added to the regular schedule are:Friday, March 26, 7:30-8:30 p.m.Saturday, March 27, 1-2 p.m. and 2:30-3:30 p.m. Regular skating hours at Vets Park:
City of Ann Arbor to open all three outdoor pools this summer
ANN ARBOR – The outdoor public pools at Fuller Park, Buhr Park and Veterans Memorial Park will be open this summer, the city of Ann Arbor announced in an email to its pool users on Tuesday. The city opened Fuller Park pool last summer at a very limited capacity for lap swimming to ensure social distancing while the Buhr and Vets pools remained closed. In order to provide safe programming this year, swim lessons and day camps will take place at designated pools. All three pools will be offering family spaces and lap lanes by reservation as well as bungee swimming opportunities at Fuller and Buhr. Veterans Memorial Park, Buhr Park ice arenas in Ann Arbor resume limited operations
ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Veterans Memorial Park and Buhr Park ice arenas will reopen for limited operations this week, according to the City of Ann Arbor. Starting Wednesday, community members can register for instructional skating programs at the Veterans Memorial Park indoor arena. Open skate at the outdoor Buhr Park ice rink kicks off on Thursday. Buhr Park Ice Arena is at 2751 Packard Rd. Veterans Memorial Park Ice Arena is at 2150 Jackson Ave.

City of Ann Arbor closes ice rinks for three weeks
ANN ARBOR – The City of Ann Arbor announced Monday the Buhr Park and Veterans Park ice arenas will be closed effective immediately for three weeks, in accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services' newest emergency order.
