Local 4 is teaming up with THAW for the Go 4 It: Gift of Warmth Telethon on Tuesday, Dec. 3 from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. All of the money raised will help people in our community who are struggling to keep the lights or heat on this winter.

Donations are being made through the Gift of Warmth Telethon.

DETROIT – Saunteel Jenkins spoke with Rhonda Walker on Tuesday morning about what The Heat and Warmth Fund (THAW) does to help people across Michigan. Jenkins, the CEO of THAW, said the organization is helping frontline workers make ends meet. She said anyone having trouble paying bills should contact THAW for help.
