Vehicle Prevention Month: Ways to avoid being an easy target

It's vehicle theft prevention month, and the Warren Police Department is sounding the alarm. From April through early July, Warren police said 85% of car theft victims either left their car unlocked or weren't sure if they locked it. Many of these crimes happened late at night or in the early morning hours as crooks look for easy targets.
