Harper Woods hosts 'Blues in the Woods'

Harper Woods City Manager John Symansky and local artist Reggie Hayes joined Local 4 on Saturday. Aug. 22, ahead of the city's annual Blues in the Woods celebration to share more about what's in store this year.
