Bundle up and limit your time outdoors today. This is the coldest morning of the week with some of the coldest wind chills of the season so far. Air temperatures are starting out between zero to 10 degrees with subzero wind chills along and north of M-59.
Sunshine to start the day. Clouds increase later this afternoon ahead of our next snow maker. Highs today will be in the mid-20s, but only feeling like the teens this afternoon.
Sunset is at 5:20 p.m.
Widespread light snow producing one to two inches is expected to Friday afternoon and evening with an approaching cold front. Another round of light snow will be possible Sunday afternoon into Monday possibly leading to some slick conditions to start the next work week as a secondary front pushes through. Highs this weekend will be around 30. We are tracking another shot of arctic air by the middle of next week which will have high temperatures falling back into the low 20s.
