Waking up to a fresh coating of snow on driveways and sidewalks. With temperatures around freezing, salt has been incredibly effective on roadways.
Snow chances
Some light, scattered snow showers/flurries can’t be ruled out for the first half of the day, especially in our northern communities stretching up into the Thumb. Otherwise, relatively dry conditions are expected through the rest of the week.
Temperature Roller Coaster
Temperatures will be slightly below average through Thursday, then much warmer Friday. Highs will be back in the 30s today, but paired with a brisk wind (gusts up to 30 mph), it will feel much cooler with the wind chill. Back into the 30s tomorrow before possibly soaring into the 50s on Friday. We will start the weekend in the 40s before falling to around 30 to round out the week into next week.
Next Snow Chance
Keeping an eye on Saturday and Monday for potential snow chances.
