Rain and thunderstorm chances continue today across Metro Detroit, with lots of cloud cover and possibly some fog early. A few showers will remain possible throughout the day, although the better chance for rain will be closer to the stalled frontal boundary south of Detroit. Temperatures will stay on the cooler side, with highs in the low to mid-70s.
Additional chances for rain and thunderstorms continue tonight into Thursday as the frontal boundary remains nearby. Thursday could bring another round of showers before conditions finally begin to improve. Friday still looks like the driest day of the week, with a better chance for sunshine and more comfortable conditions.
Unfortunately, the break from the wet weather will be brief. Rain and thunderstorm chances increase again Saturday and continue through the weekend, keeping conditions unsettled for outdoor plans.
