What keeps a restaurant in business for two decades? According to J. Baldwin’s in Clinton Township it’s great customer service, delicious food, and most importantly a passion for it all.
“We take care of people. We are lucky to be here,” said Jeffrey Baldwin, The Operations Director for The J. Baldwin Group.
He said his family’s restaurant business is celebrating a big milestone. “20 years. We opened in 2004, and it’s magical.”
The restaurant was started by his father, Jeffrey Baldwin Senior, who’s still in the kitchen after decades of creating one-of-a-kind dishes. “The menu is a long history of what I’ve been serving the past 30 years in the metro Detroit area,” he said.
