They pay homage to the past while adding their own modern flare, and that goes for the food as well at Bell Bistro in Birmingham. The restaurant’s décor has a swanky feeling but it’s all nestled inside an historic building.
“What people don’t know is this building was built in 1915 and it was called the Bell Building,” said Randy Dickow, Managing Owner of Bell Bistro.
He says they wanted to honor the buildings history, so while designing the restaurant they added little touches like, light fixtures that resembles bells.
The food is also described as traditional dishes, that have a unique twist. Dickow even said he’ll put their Caesar salad up against anyone’s.
