Imagine going to see plays as a child and then growing up and performing on that same stage. For Ann Arbor Native Olivia Goosman that dream has come true.
“It is so wonderful. I got to see my family, so many people came out to opening night,” Goosman said.
The Tony Award-winning play “Parade” is currently playing at the Fisher Theatre in Detroit. Goosman, who plays Mary Phagan in the show, said she’s been educating the cast about the history of Detroit, and is proud to show off the city.
“We’re going to the Motown Museum next week,” she said.
