A husband and wife duo are pouring their hearts into Sugarcane Galore, which is their mobile bar that serves non-alcoholic drinks made with sugarcane juice.
Stefania Antonescu and Richard Brown were on vacation at a tropical destination when they tried sugarcane juice from a street vendor for the first time.
“We instantly feel in love with the taste,” Antonescu said.
The couple then decided to try out the concept for themselves. They’ve created a mobile bar that features raw, cold-pressed sugarcane juice as the base for all of their drinks. The drinks are made using a manual sugarcane press.
