We all breathe. All day, every day. It’s how we breathe that could make a huge difference in our overall health. Fitness and nutrition expert Jody Trierweiler joined us on Live In The D to explain why breathing methods matter more than you might think.
“Did you know your nose is a humidifier? It will heat, cool and add moisture. It regulates temperature so it’s not so shocking,” said Trierweiler.
She also explained the different health issues that can develop over time from mouth breathing.
