Now that the weather is starting to warm up, it’s time to tackle those home-improvement and landscaping projects. This weekend, hundreds of professionals will conveniently converge at the Suburban Collection Showplace for the Novi Home & Garden Show. It’s a fun place to get ideas for updating your home, upgrading your landscaping or to explore ideas about other projects.
One of the growing trends for interior remodeling projects includes moving away from completely open floor plans.
“People want a little bit more segmentation,” said Forrest Wall, CEO of the Home Builders Association of Southeast Michigan.
“The other thing that we’re seeing are bold colors,” said Wall.
