The headlines these days have us hyper-focused on where things are made. There are a lot of iconic American brands we probably just assume are still made in the USA, but Local 4 Lifestyle Editor Jon Jordon did some research. You may be surprised by his findings.
Jordon put “Live in the D’s” Host Tati Amare, and Guest Co-Host, Jasen Magic’s skills to the test. He gave them a list of brands - like Levi’s - and asked where they are made.
“It’s a complicated equation, but that’s why you read labels,” Jordan said. This, after the hosts were wrong about what brands they thought were made in America.
