More than 50 road and bridge construction projects are scheduled to take place in Oakland County in 2024, and are projected to cost upward of $80 million.

Dozens of projects -- including road resurfacing, bridge replacements, roundabout construction, culvert replacements, and more -- will get underway across Oakland County this year, according to the county’s road commission. The projects are projected to cost nearly $83 million, and will cause closures throughout the year.

The Oakland County road projects are listed in the table below, which is organized alphabetically by city or township. You can search directly in the table using the “Search” bar, or tab over to other pages using the arrow at the top of the table.

Included in the plans are about 46 miles of what the RCOC calls “simple road resurfacing.” All of the 32 simple resurfacing projects add up to about $14 million, officials said -- that averages out to about $437,500 per project, which is why it’s listed that way in the table. The exact cost for each of these projects was not provided.
