Attorney, shooter co-defendants sentenced to life for killing Oak Park jeweler

OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – Attorney Marco Bisikis has been sentenced to life in prison without parole for orchestrating the June 1, 2022, murder of Oak Park jeweler Daniel “Hutch” Hutchison and the attempted murder of his wife.

Co-defendant Roy Larry was also sentenced to life in prison without parole for shooting and killing Hutchinson as he and his wife sat in their SUV outside their Oak Park pawn shop.

Two additional defendants, Darnell Larry and Angelo Raptoplous, previously pleaded guilty to related charges and are awaiting sentencing.

Bisbikis’ sentencing and Larry’s follow a unanimous jury verdict on May 23, finding that Bisbikis had his own client killed and finding both defendants guilty of all charges against them, including first-degree premeditated murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree premeditated murder, assault with intent to murder, and two counts of felony firearm in connection with the murder.
