City of Livonia experiencing water pressure problems; some lost water completely

LIVONIA, Mich. – The city of Livonia is experiencing water pressure problems, and some locations have no water at all.

City officials said some residents and businesses south of 5 Mile Road are experiencing a total loss of water.

“We don’t know the extent of the problem at this time, but we are working on fixing the problem,” the post says.

Livonia police confirmed that the city is having water problems. Some places have low pressure, while others have lost water completely, they said.

The police department is among those that have no water in their building.

It’s unclear what caused the loss of water pressure. No additional information has been revealed.
