CANTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A 42-year-old man is facing charges after being accused of video recording up the dresses of unsuspecting women as they shop.
Officers with the Canton and Van Buren police departments arrested Willie Eugene Davis on Wednesday, July 17. He was charged Friday, July 19, with using computers to commit a crime and eavesdropping -- installing/using device.

If convicted, he faces up to six years behind bars.
Davis was given a $75,000/10% bond. He is expected to return to court Aug. 9.
