Michigan Gov. Whitmer talks undecided voters, advice for Kamala Harris, turnout

Harris holding rally at 7 p.m. Wednesday

The road to the White House goes through Michigan, and voters here will have plenty of face time with former President Donald Trump, Vice President Kamala Harris, and their running mates.

The blitz starts today, with Harris arriving alongside running mate Tim Walz at Detroit Metro Airport for a rally at 7 p.m. Click here for coverage of JD Vance’s visit to Shelby Township on Wednesday morning.

Harris and Walz will be surrounded by Michigan’s democratic congressional delegation, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, and many others.

I had a chance to talk with Whitmer this afternoon about what Michigan’s undecided voters need to hear in this election, plus her advice for the Harris campaign and the importance of turnout.
