Four Metro Detroit pizza spots were ranked among the best in the Midwest.
Yelp released their “ultimate” guide to the best 100 pizza spots in the Midwest on Wednesday, and -- no surprise -- some Detroit favorites made the list, and one even ranked No. 1 overall.

Loui’s Pizza, a Hazel Park staple, was originally founded by a long-time chef at Buddy’s Pizza.
Pie Sci has been serving up unique slices in Woodbridge for years. Buddy’s, perhaps the most famous Detroit-style pizza, came in at No. 69.
And a newcomer -- Corktown’s Grandma Bob’s made the list at No. 74.
Michigan and Illinois are tied for the most represented state on the list, with 16 pizza spots each.
