Sportico: Detroit Pistons, Red Wings secure Bally Sports deal through 2024-25 seasons

According to Sportico.com, the Detroit Pistons and the Detroit Red Wings will remain on Bally Sports Detroit through at least the 2024-25 seasons after Diamond Sports Group reached an agreement with the National Hockey League and the National Basketball Association teams.

Teams included on the basketball side that DSG will continue showcasing on their network will be the Pistons, Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Hornets, Cleveland Cavaliers, Indiana Pacers, Los Angeles Clippers, Memphis Grizzlies, Miami Heat, Milwaukee Bucks, Minnesota Timberwolves, Oklahoma City Thunder, Orlando Magic, and San Antonio Spurs.

The NHL side includes the Red Wings, Anaheim Ducks, Carolina Hurricanes, Columbus Blue Jackets, Minnesota Wild, Nashville Predators, and Tampa Bay Lightning.

Along with NBA clubs, the NHL agreement extends through the end of the 2024-25 seasons.

Comcast user’s are stil rejoicing as the Detroit Tigers made their return to Comcast back in July after after the two side couldn’t agree on a new deal back in May.

Now, after Friday’s good fortunes, all three major sports teams in the city will be back on one station for the foreseeable future.
