SOUTHGATE, Mich. – There is a police situation taking place in Southgate.
The situation is taking place on Wednesday (Sept. 18) in the area of Howard and Kerr streets, where neighbors said they heard multiple shots.
Local 4 has called the police to find out what’s going on there.
