LAPEER COUNTY, Mich. – A Lapeer County man was arrested Tuesday and is facing multiple charges relating to child sexual assault.
Imlay City police officers received a tip on Oct. 29 about Zeb Eugene-Lee Breeding’s “intentions,” and he could be found at a Kroger parking lot.

Breeding was arrested at the parking lot on a charge of Accosting a Child for Immoral Purposes. After further investigation, he was given additional charges of Sodomy and Using a Computer to Commit a Crime. If convicted, Breeding can face up to 34 years in prison.
Imlay City police said this was one of four arrests involving sexual misconduct with minors in the city.
