Argument between children
Police said a 6-year-old and 8-year-old got into an argument. Then, older children got involved, as well as the mother of one of the children.
The mother’s 16-year-old son then showed up with a gun and shot a 14-year-old in the head and his own mother.

The 16-year-old ran away from the scene but was later caught and arrested by officers in an undercover operation who were separate from the incident.
Another young man was also arrested as officials said he tried picking up the weapon and walking away. The weapon was dropped and recovered by the police.
