WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – The Macomb County Sheriff’s Office is working to identify four suspects allegedly connected to multiple break-ins at the Capuchin Retreat Center in Washington Township, officials said.
At 6:41 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, deputies responded to the center at 62460 Mt. Vernon Road after receiving a report of a breaking and entering.
Four male suspects were caught on security cameras breaking into the retreat center and tampering with the cameras.
The sheriff’s office said this is the third time a break-in like this has happened over the last three months, and it appears to be the same suspects each time.
One of the suspects was caught on camera wearing a ghillie suit with grey pants and white Hey Dude shoes with fish on them. Another suspect was wearing a blue shirt, grey shorts and black Crocs during the break-in.
