DETROIT – Police are seeking information about a 13-year-old boy who went missing in Detroit.

Tramaine Welch left his grandmother’s residence in the 15200 block of Seymour Street without permission on Monday (Jan. 13) and failed to return.

He was last seen wearing all black clothing, and white, black, and gray ‘Nike’ shoes.
