DETROIT – A woman in her 30s was found dead from a gunshot wound to her body inside a vehicle on Detroit’s west side.
The incident occurred on Thursday (Jan. 16) in the 10700 block of West 8 Mile Road at 7:20 p.m.

Officials said the woman discovered was in her 30s, and police say a man has been arrested.
The circumstances at this time are unknown as the Detroit police Homicide Unit is investigating.
