SAGINAW COUNTY, Mich. – A Saginaw County woman thought she was having a heart attack when she discovered she won an $855,779 jackpot from the Michigan Lottery.

The 63-year-old woman, who decided to stay anonymous, purchased her winning Lucky 7s Fast Cash ticket at The Big Ugly Fish bar at 1418 State Street in Saginaw on Dec. 30.

“I looked over the ticket right after purchasing it and thought I was having a heart attack when I saw I won the jackpot,” the player told Michigan Lottery officials. “I had my family look over the ticket to confirm what I was seeing, and then scanned it to check it too. It was an unbelievable feeling!”

She recently claimed her prize and said that with her winnings she plans to take a few vacations and then save the rest for retirement.

Fast Cash tickets range from $2 per play up to $30 per play, and Fast Cash games give player the chance to instantly win a progressive jackpot.
