GENESEE COUNTY, Mich. – Eight men were arrested for allegedly seeking to have sex with underage girls.
Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson announced the arrests on Jan. 28, 2025, as part of his first GHOST operation briefing.

Genesee County’s GHOST operation was created in 2018, aiming to catch sexual predators and fight against human trafficking.
“We had one individual that was chatting with us for over five hours before he came here. His wife is a teacher and he had a baby at home, and here he is spending five hours of his time trying to exploit a child,” said Swanson in a briefing about the arrests.
Marvin Estrada Sarmiento
36-year-old Sarmiento, according to Swanson, has Title 42 expulsions and was sent back to Mexico in 2021. He was working in Burton as a carpet layer. He allegedly admitted to police he tried to get oral sex from a 15-year-old for $60.
Winfredo Osorto Maradiage
Maradiage, 46, who was living at a Flint Township motel, allegedly admitted coming to meet a 15-year-old girl for oral sex for $60 without a condom.
Jordan Henry
The 38-year-old Lapeer man allegedly admitted he was going to meet a girl for sex. He claimed he didn’t believe the girl was 15 based on the picture. He said he wasn’t going to pay for sex but make a donation. Swanson said Henry is a welder and is married with two children.
Milan Mikho
Mikho, 25, allegedly tried to meet with a 15-year-old for sex for $150. He’s a full-time student.
Kyle Horiski
Horiski, 22, is currently on active duty in the U.S. Army. He was on leave for the holidays from Fort Bragg and allegedly said he left early in the morning to search for prostitutes while driving to Michigan. He is accused of agreeing to have sex with a 15-year-old. Police found bullet-proof vests and ammunition in his vehicle.
Kendall Dunbar
Dunbar, 31, left the residence after walking up to the porch. He was on parole and it was violated. He reportedly admitted to everything and knew he was chatting with a 15-year-old. He told authorities he did not go through with it because it was wrong.
Justin Keeler
Keeler, 33, was allegedly on an app for the second time in the day to meet a second girl for sex. He’s accused of paying $100 for sex with a girl.
Brian McCarrick
The 32-year-old from Bay City allegedly gave a 13-year-old girl a phone to communicate. McCarrick allegedly groomed her through texting and Snapchat. He also allegedly sent her nude photos. He’s accused of helping the child sneak out of her bedroom at night and go to an empty building in the neighborhood to sexually assault her.
“Parents have to have these conversations with their children, you have to make them comfortable so they can tell you that this happened and say it made me nervous or made me uncomfortable,” said Swanson
