Quintana Dominguez, 32, from Shelby Township, has been bound over to Macomb County Circuit Court for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor.
Allegedly, Dominguez, on multiple occasions in 2024, sexually assaulted a minor.

Dominguez was charged with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person under 13, with the defendant being 17 years old or older, life felonies.
On Thursday (Feb. 20), the Shelby Township District Court transferred Dominguez to the Macomb County Circuit Court.
His next court hearing is in Macomb County Court on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 8:30 a.m.
