DETROIT – Fire crews are battling a blaze at an apartment complex on Detroit’s west side.
The fire occurred on Monday (March 10) in the area of W. 8 Mile Road and Lahser Road.

Local 4 is told that the fire has displaced four families, who will need to find new housing.
The cause of the fire remains unknown.
The Detroit Fire Department says there are vacant units unaffected by the fire that will be available to the four displaced families.
