A teen has pleaded guilty in connection with the shooting death of Oakland County Deputy Bradley Reckling, officials said.
Karim Moore, 18, of Clinton Township, pleaded guilty to the charges of conducting a criminal enterprise, receiving and concealing stolen property- motor vehicle and felony firearm, before Wayne County Judge Charise Anderson on Monday, March 17, 2025.
The teen faces up to 20 years in prison, plus two more for the felony firearm charge.
His sentencing is scheduled for May 2, according to the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office.
Two other teens, Raymon Debose, 18, of Clinton Township, and Marquis Goins, 18, of Detroit, were also charged in Reckling’s death.
Debose is the teen who’s charged with murdering the deputy.
Reckling was shot and killed on June 22, 2024. He was working for an auto theft unit in tracking a stolen vehicle.
