DETROIT – The Detroit Police Department is reaching out to the community for information on a 2024 cold case regarding a homicide.
The incident occurred on April 14, 2024, around 10:45 a.m., in the 600 block of Watson Street, when officials say some unknown suspects fired multiple shots, fatally wounding 22-year-old Isaac Kinloch.

Police are urging residents to come forward with information related to the incident, especially after viewing pictures of the victim.
