Police believe alcohol may be factor in car that ended up completely inside Michigan home

MUSKEGON COUNTY, Mich. – Police believe alcohol may have factored into a crash that put a car inside a home on Michigan’s west side.

It happened at about 2 a.m. Tuesday, March 25, in Twin Lake, about 10 miles north of Muskegon.

According to authorities, a 19-year-old man ignored a stop sign and kept driving northbound from Staple Road after it ended in a T-intersection at White Lake Drive.

The vehicle ended up completely inside a home.

Police said no one inside the home was injured, but the teen driver was taken to a hospital. He is expected to survive.
