Warmer air will replace the cool conditions in Metro Detroit, but there is a tradeoff.
Temperatures will jump 10 to 15 degrees above normal this weekend, but the chance will come with rain.
Thursday’s temperatures will climb more than 10 degrees over Wednesday’s highs, which will put Southeast Michigan in the mid to upper 50s. While almost all of Metro Detroit will remain dry on Thursday, a couple of sprinkles cannot be ruled out near Chelsea, Manchester, and other communities near and west of M-52. Westerly winds will be 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
