Detroit rapper Sada Baby was arrested Tuesday on a felony drug warrant in Macomb County.
Sada Baby, whose real name is Casada Sorrell, was arrested Tuesday by Shelby Township Police, for a felony drug warrant in Sterling Heights, sources told Local 4.

Sorrell was arrested in Sterling Heights earlier this year for driving without a license. At the time, police said “possible illegal contraband” was found in his truck. The contraband was taken for evidence, and charges were pending further investigation.
The 32-year-old rapper gained recognition in 2018 for his hit song “Bloxk Party,” which went viral and led to his signing with Asylum Records. His debut studio album, “Skuba Sada 2,” a sequel to his 2017 mixtape, peaked at No. 125 on the US Billboard 200.
Sada Baby’s hit song “Whole Lotta Choppas” also gained significant popularity on TikTok and received a remix from New York rapper Nicki Minaj, which peaked at No. 35 on the Billboard Hot 100.
