Detroit landmarks illuminate in support of Pistons’ playoff push

DETROIT – In support of the Detroit Pistons’ upcoming home playoff games on April 24 and April 27 against the New York Knicks, several local landmarks and businesses are “Lighting the city Pistons blue” to celebrate the organization’s playoff run.

From April 23 to April 28, Pistons partners, including Ally, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, and Huntington, along with Little Caesars Arena, Comerica Park, MotorCity Casino Hotel, Michigan Central, DTE Energy’s Campus, Beacon Park, the Detroit Institute of Arts, Ford Field, Fox Theatre, and 1 Campus Martius will illuminate their spaces in Pistons colors.

The Pistons will face the Knicks on April 24 at 7 p.m. at Little Caesars Arena, marking Detroit’s first home playoff contest since 2019. Game 4 is scheduled for April 27 at 1 p.m.
